Town of Ponoka Bylaw Enforcement Services
The Town of Ponoka provides Bylaw Enforcement Services to respond to bylaw concerns that may arise in the community. If you have a bylaw question or concern, you can submit a Bylaw Enforcement Service Request by doing the following:
- Go to www.ponoka.ca and fill out the ‘Bylaw Enforcement Request for Service’ email form.
- Follow the steps indicated and provide your name, phone number, email address (if applicable), and a brief description of your bylaw request for service.
- Then hit ‘submit’ and the Bylaw Enforcement Officer or a Town staff member will contact you as soon as they are able. Same-day call backs are not always possible.
- OR if you need assistance submitting a ‘Request for Service’ email form, please phone the Town Office at 403-783-4431.
The Ponoka RCMP also enforce Town of Ponoka Bylaws as appropriate. Animal Control Bylaw matters are responded to by Old MacDonald Kennels, which works under contract with the Town to provide animal control services.
